Our house has a long tradition and history that begins as early as 1895 and of which we are very proud. Georg Hezler has been the owner of “Gesunde Luft” (“healty air”) since 1957. His daughter Silvia Hezler has been with the company since 1994. Together we as the Hezler family have continuously expanded and modernized the house and the interior over the years, so that today our guests can experience an inn and a pension/guesthouse that ideally combines tradition and modernity. Our history since 1895

1895

Our inn has existed since 1895 and has been family-run ever since. Generations of guests from Reutti and the surrounding area, day trippers and fitters have enjoyed the hospitality of our house since then. The name “Gesunde Luft” (“healthy air”) comes from Alsace and was originally called “for good air” there.

1957

In 1957 Georg Hezler bought the restaurant from Anna Maurer. At that time there were two guest rooms available and 25 seats in the dining room, in which the local farmers were served beer and vespers.

1968

In 1968 we expanded our range of guest rooms by adding four more rooms to the attic.

1970

In order to be able to welcome even more guests to our inn, additional 60 seats were created in 1970 by adding an adjoining room.

1977

After the foundation stone for regular bowling in the inn with two bowling alleys was laid in 1970, we expanded our range in 1977 to include two more bowling alleys.

1985

With a further expansion of the top floor, we created additional capacity for accommodating additional guests with two more guest rooms.

1997

In 1997 the existing rooms were completely renovated and equipped with their own bathroom and TV.

2010

In order to be able to offer our guests an all-round successful stay in our house, the entire roof structure with the guest rooms was again extensively modernized in 2010 and two additional guest rooms were added.
